MULLED WINE 热的红酒

  热的红酒就叫热红酒,欧洲人称为Mulled Wine,也可以叫圣诞热红酒,因为喝热红酒是欧洲很多国家在圣诞节时候的传统,是用葡萄酒和香料、水果等加热制成。

  热的红酒叫什么?

  各国的热红酒配方各不相同,但大多数都含有温红酒的基本成分、糖以及肉桂、丁香、八角和肉豆蔻等多种香料。柑橘类水果也经常被加入,点缀着丁香的橙子片是一种受欢迎的配料。其他的烈酒,如白兰地,经常被添加到饮料多一点的刺激。

  热红酒做法
