团建活动策划

　　体会到活动策划的辛酸，很多意料外的状态：送装饰品的小哥摆烂（一定要提前两个星期安排下单的东西，至少给物流一个缓冲时间），蛋糕人名的安排，手抬几十杯水果桶，为沙煲失眠（也可能是喝了茶的原因），人员分配（要具体到每一饭菜谁负责下单、把控到达时间和领取）、没点够米饭（想着没人会捧着白饭在吃吧，却不曾想到我们吃的中餐且是入味的啫煲：我们只吃菜喝饮料，下午还喝酒可能会对胃不好），担心着公司每一位小伙伴能否吃好吃饱………以后会更加珍惜每一次团建，为每一次活动策划的人点赞。

　　​不过最后在市场组培训中喝到了一款VDP联盟emrich schonleber雷司令，散发着坚果、金银花、柑桔、矿物质（石头）、混杂雨后泥土的清香，这复杂的香气，嗯，我还要再品品，但不妨碍闻起来愉悦感满满……

　　Experience the poignancy of event planning， many unexpected state: the delivery of decorations on the table (be sure to arrange the order two weeks in advance， at least to give logistics a buffer time) , the arrangement of cake names, hand-held dozens of cups of fruit bucket, losing sleep over a casserole (or tea) , staff assignments (specific to who orders each meal, controls arrival time and pick-up) , not ordering enough rice (thinking that no one will be eating with rice in their hands, but not that our Chinese food is a tasty jelly pot: we only eat vegetables and drinks, and drinking in the afternoon can be bad for the stomach) , …… Worried about the company every little friend can eat well enough to eat …… In the future, we will cherish every team building even more, and give likes to those who plan every activity. But I did end up with a VDP alliance EMRICH SCHONLEBER Riesling during my marketing team training. It has a nutty, honeysuckle, citrus, mineral (stone) , mixed with the Earth after the rain. But it doesn't matter how pleasant it smells……
