龙舌兰

　　龙舌兰是蒸馏酒，是使用一种叫龙舌兰的植物为原料蒸馏而得的酒精饮料，酒精度数较高，一般是40度左右。龙舌兰酒的常见喝法是加盐和柠檬片饮用，风味更佳。

　　龙舌兰是什么酒？

　　龙舌兰酒产于墨西哥，是一种叫龙舌兰(Agave)的仙人掌植物作为原料的蒸馏酒。特基拉市〈Tequila〉一带是为Maguey龙舌兰的品质最优良的产区，且也只有以该地生产的龙舌兰酒，才允许以Tequila之名出售；若是其它地区所制造的龙舌兰酒则称为Mezcal。 特基拉酒的口味凶烈，香气很独特。

　　根据墨西哥法律，龙舌兰酒（Tequila）必须由蓝色龙舌兰制成，用至少51 %龙舌兰和不超过49 %的糖蒸馏。这导致了两种龙舌兰酒: 100 %龙舌兰酒和混合龙舌兰酒，龙舌兰酒是由龙舌兰酒和添加糖制成的。混合龙舌兰酒由葡萄糖和果糖——通常是蔗糖——以及焦糖色素、甘油和其他调味品制成。

　　龙舌兰酒跟大多洋酒差不多，一般是40度，有极少数的是38度。传统的龙舌兰喝法十分特别，也颇需一番技巧。首先把盐巴撒在手背虎口上，用拇指和食指握一小杯纯龙舌兰酒，再用无名指和中指夹一片柠檬片。迅速舔一口虎口上的盐巴，接著把酒一饮而尽，再咬一口柠檬片，整个过程一气呵成，无论风味或是饮用技法，都堪称一绝。

The taste of Tequila is strong and the aroma is unique. According to Mexican law, Tequila must be made from Agave Tequilana and distilled with at least 51 percent Tequila and no more than 49 percent sugar. This leads to two types of Tequila: 100% TEQUILA AND BLENDED TEQUILA, which is made from Tequila and added sugar. Blended Tequila is made from glucose and fructose -- usually sucrose -- as well as caramel coloring, glycerin, and other flavorings. Tequila and most foreign wine similar, is generally 40 degrees, there are very few is 38 degrees. The traditional way of drinking Tequila is very special and requires a lot of skill. First sprinkle the salt on the back of the hand, with the thumb and index finger hold a small glass of pure Tequila, and then with the ring finger and middle finger clip a slice of lemon. Quickly licking the salt on the mouth of the tiger, then drink up the wine, then bite a lemon slice, the whole process in one go, no matter flavor or drinking techniques, are superb.
