RFQ已读不回的模板跟进-术语

　　老师，请问RFQ报价后，邮件发送了。客户都是已读不回，我可以怎么样跟进呢？有模板沟通吗？​

　　1、RFQ不能够是复制粘贴回复的，要根据客户的RFQ内容进行回复

　　2、利用跟进客户三步曲进行跟进：

　　Dear Xxx，

　　Wish you a nice day and everything goes well.

　　Yesterday (Last time) I replied your RFQ about our Xxx Product with our Catalogue and 2 questions about the Model Selection and Quantity which are very important for the quotation. (对上次沟通内容做一个总结). 这里要根据实际回复内容进行总结

　　As long as you confirm the questions I listed then I will quote you the exact prices including shipping. (引导客户进入下一步).
