1.“Beggars cann’t be choosers 不要用乞讨的方式进行销售。如果觉得困难,首先应该是放松
2.这样以短期最高销售量(比如说一天内)为目标的,选择怎样的顾客就显得更为关键。Troy非常聪明的选择了去卖给分销商,而不是一家家卖给饭店或者咖啡屋。
3.Ereka显得很焦虑,特别是在观察员到他们的屋子数销量时。我自己的亲身经历也告诉我,只有自己在好的状态时,好的结果才会随之而来
4.最后环节Ereka想拉拢Bill,淘汰Nick,可之前就被出卖过一次的Bill并不信任她,也不想帮助她。信任这东西就是个玻璃球,一旦掉在了地上,就再也捡不起来了。

无意中看到别人谈论此剧,于是下载了第一季下来看,看完了心中有很多感慨和想说的话,记录一下。
整部剧看下来印象最深刻的是sam和omarosa,因为他们两个是我最讨厌的了,看来让别人讨厌和让人
喜欢,让人讨厌更容易让人记住你。sam开始给人的感觉比较激进,trump评价他说,如果成功会很
成功,失败会很失败。在卖柠檬水那集,女性队伍有性别上的优势可以赚的更多,男性队伍如果想要获胜确实需要剑走偏锋,可是sam卖一千美元一杯的做法确实是走了偏锋,可是却是瞎走,乱走,给我的感觉就是往火坑里跳,任谁也无法想象有人会为了一杯柠檬水花费一千美元,他就像一名疯狂的赌徒一样,希望他只是想通过这些吸引到trump的注意而已而并不是这么疯狂,说实话和这类人相处比较可怕,因为你不知道他会做出什么疯狂的事情来。你们记得sam被trump fire的时候的表情了吗?低着头那双眼睛死死的看着,令人恐惧
omarosa,前面还可以,虽然性格强硬,也不合群,但是看的出来还是有些实力的。但是,最后的决赛中,两次撒谎,捣乱,我看的时候都怀疑是不是节目组商量好的故意给队伍增加困难然后事后再洗白?结果最后并没有,确确实实是她个人的展现。给我的感觉明显就是在报复,不服,同时借机会再表现一下自己,害死kwame了。这种人不但不能做生意上的伙伴跟不能做朋友,她就是那种唯我独尊的强势性格,绝不和平相处的,她在节目中不是说过吗,她是来证明自己优秀的,不是来交朋友的,这种冲劲是没错的,但是她也是走了极端,一个人的成功永远离不开别人,良好的与人相处沟通的能力是每个成功者必备关键素质,很显然她没有,从始至终她都没有和任何人处好关系。第二点,不忠诚,既然最后的任务同属kwame一队,进了团队就要尽职尽责,她不但没有做到反而因为个人情感而故意破坏,事后装傻充愣,她难道没有想过自己的行为会对自己造成多么恶劣的影响吗?这种人即使小有成就,生活也是多灾多难的,不会幸福
kwame,开始就展现出良好的谈判能力,可以看出队员对他是比较信服的。他比较冷静,而且给人的感觉很温和,很舒服,让人很想和他亲近,最后的评委说他很可爱,会愿意多给他几分钟,就是这个意思了。他很优秀,无论事业和生活都会成功,但他就是不适合做领袖,因为他不具备领导者的气质,镇不住手下的人,条件都满足,就是性格不合适。一名领头羊一定要有属于自己的脾气,omarosa最后的背叛他表现的太冷静,处理的方式太理性了。
nick和amy,开头给我的感觉是不错的,中间也表现的良好,但是最后,nick对trump讲的那段话真是失败,完全就是普通推销员经常对客户讲的空话大话而已,一下境界就下来了。amy也是败在最后,面试的时候的答非所问,给面试官的印象就是不实在,耍小聪明而已,最后面试官说,谈了十五分钟一点都不愉快,说她遣词造句,说话空泛,参考小公司老板给新员工画大饼,没干货,就是那个意思了。
troy,我觉得他比kwame要更具领导气质,属于睿智的那种,但他见识短,眼光浅,做不了大事,并且太专注于友谊了,看似好像能把工作和情感分开,其实分不开,他比较适合领导小公司,团结公司上下,但是做成大公司就会搞的糟糕了,因为大公司需要手段,而不是感化。
bill,作为最后的获胜者,我对他其实没什么印象,决赛之前我都觉得他不温不火的,也没有让我觉得明显的缺点,不过最后他说那句不想扮演另一个人,而是做自己让我挺深刻,这很难做到,因为你不得不为了妥协某些事情的利益而暂时改变自己一些。可能bill不是最好的,但是在这些参赛人员中,最后的面试和kwame打平,任务中自己亲力亲为把事情办好了抢一分,更好的带领了自己的队伍,而不是像kwame那样简单布置任务。我在想,如果omarosa在bill 的队友,对bill的影响也不大,因为bill有从前自己创立公司的经验,习惯了亲力亲为,即使别人做好的事他肯定要再检查一遍的,所以不会犯kwame的错误。每个人都只会为了和自己相关的利益而努力,其他的东西都靠不住的,kwame就是太理想化了,因为队员会全心全意为自己办事,不过我相信troy是全心全意的,他们俩一样,属于更倾向于感情办事,小事可以,大事是大忌。
剩下的几个都不是很明显,不值得说了。
人物评价完了,再说说其他的。trump说过,对他影响最大的是他的父亲,他从父亲身上学到很多。我认为,一个人最关键的地方在于他的父母,你的父母是什么样子的你就会受到什么样的影响,这个影响是非常全面的,不容小视的,你可以靠自己努力学习知识与技巧,但是你学不到独特的性格与个性,因为这些不是学到的,而是生长的,是在外部环境的浇灌下从你的身体里长出来的,你只有可能模仿,却无法学到的,模仿就是bill所说的扮演,扮演另一个不是真正自己的更优秀的自己,可是那会很辛苦,并且在取得不到成效和遇到失败时会对这种扮演产生动摇,变得不知所措,严重的最后会迷失自我,我想omarosa和sam就是属于这一类的。
在我看来,trump完全可以轻松的招聘到一名合适的公司管理者,这个节目不过是他的一个娱乐活动而已,又能做广告,又能满足虚荣心,又能娱乐,有钱会玩,最近不是竞选总统了吗,其实就是玩腻了,想找个更能令他兴奋有趣的事情。人生啊,最重要的还是要活的快乐和精彩,结果不重要,重要的是过程。

I'd like to share some of my thoughts about this TV show of season1,also as a way to record.
at first I thought as the only representative foreign ciztizen of chinese origin--Tammy.I laid high expectation for her.she has a good look with beautiful eyes and gave me the impression that she was calm and smart enough.but her performance was just on that level and kept making troubles for the team from first lemond-selling task which she argued with her team the rationality of taking an break and little by little she found herself in an isolated position.she may have her own creative distinctive thoughts but can not be approached by everyone.her audacious idear for Marcuis Jet gave me a big surprise and appreciation just because it was a success.However,she kept using her bold but unrestrained impractical iedas for the following challenges which really showed her weakness and limitation.As Trump says,tammy may have many potentials but not show and it's time to eliminate her.In my perspective,tammy is suitable for independent designer.she sometimes has great ideas but isolated from the croweds.
Another weakness about tammy is her disloyalty.I think it must be a result of her job(security analyst) and her isolation of this society.
I would like to say Troy.Troy is a countryside employer of a lease company with just a high school degree but his performance seemed no inferior to anyone who already won the high education in this show nomatter David,Bowie or Kwame.It inspires me the definition of The American dream.he has a good look wiht an attractive low tone.humorous and low-key and good at stepping forward bravely at the cruicial moment.after tammy I really wanted him to the man left in the end but I was wrong.Troy is not suitable for Trump's company.Trump has tremendous properties and money which he created.the man who are going to hire is the one who can handle and manage his huge money.Troy is suitable to start a business or open up new market but not good at managing the company asset.and his defect is very obvious that he has a low degree.it did not affect his own success superficially but would demage Trump's company's image in the long term.Troy from the image perspective,not very tall and kind of older than his age(I don't know maybe he become so because his premature,he has to take care of his family and miss the change to go college)But his humours and positive attitudes no inferior to anyone.his lack of high education which was a fatal defect for him.
To speak of other competitors,Heidi was tough when the news came her mother diagnosed with a cancer at early stage.She shows the power and brave when confronting with bad things in life especially compared with Ormarosa's slight headache but made use of it as an excuse to be lazy and not willing to contribute for the team,shrik the responsibility...I think most of the audiences dislike Ormarosa or even carry a disgustive feeling towards her for her laziness,ceaseless lies and tension relationships with other team members.she may carry a lot of abilities but If I were Mr Tramp I would never ever hire someone whose morality questioned.in some degree,I think she is smart but wicked,craft just like a fox and she is a notorious fox.
Ereka,she left an impression of that she was always carrying a sunny smile.Amy is the only woman in the end.she has a high education degree and experience of hi-tech industry but described as a person who make full use of everyone around by Krtrina and an empty personality by Tramp's colleagues which really shocked me.
so by the end,you would see the battle became the world of man.the program called the apprentice but I would like to define it as to the no.1.to be the only leader.cuz leader just only one in a compay.Nick,Troy they can be very good salesmen but can not be the true leader.Troy once said in the meeting room that leader was born to be.yes from Troy's growing experience,it was.the gene of leadership is already included in the blood of his body but he lacks the theory and civilization(he will use some tricks some time).the leader in the future must be a combination of good apperance and based on solid theory to apply in practice.that is to say,a good education and strong executives.
and Bill is the one.
he has a good degree,a great image,a successful company his own.
we always say a man/woman can not bear beauty and wit at the same time.but this time I would like to change my idea because bill did it.he was so panic at final task and so happy when he won the opportunity to be the apprentice just because he is so young.
Time will the the truth.

眼下特朗普风头正盛之际,突然忆起本科《零售管理》课上,一向崇尚创新、且对我知遇甚浓的廖老师曾花四个课时让我们观看风靡欧美的经营管理类真人秀节目《学徒》(The Apprentice),该片让参赛者分组每周完成一项由美国某亿万富翁分配的诸如出租店面、广告推介、设计宣传册等真实的商业项目挑战,胜出者成为亿万富翁的雇员。最吸引眼球的部分,除了那些参赛的年轻精英们(多以名校商学院毕业生为主)在完成任务过程中展示的商业头脑、领袖气质和创新思维,还有该亿万富翁在点评中呈现的睿智头脑、绝伦口才和卓识见底,以致该节目在美国处于白热化竞争中的传媒业里脱颖而出,以高收视率和高可看性深得观众胃口,更让时为管理学专业的我们大开眼界。直到近日才发现片中的亿万富翁便是如今大名鼎鼎的2016年总统大选共和党候选人--唐纳德·特朗普(Donald Trump)!唉,希拉里女士遇此魅力超群的对手实属无奈,她的总统梦恐怕是梦悬一线了。

       节目中有很多非常吸引人的地方,同时也能学到了不少的东西,娱乐性与实用性很好的结合在了一起。正因为如此,连自己都没想到,竟把第一季重头到尾完整的看了。
       片头曲中,豪车、名牌、金钱、以及参赛选手们野心勃勃的目光,这些画面,在快速的切换中,似乎提醒着人们,这个世界充满各种机会,同时又稍纵即逝,我们唯一能做的就是竭尽全力去把握这一切。节目的进程当中,不时出现的豪宅、私人飞机、高尔夫球场等,毫无疑问,传递着一个强烈的信息——看,这就是成功人士的生活,所以,赶快加入我们富人的行列吧。 姑且不论宣扬的价值观是否正确,单从宣传效果来说,相信任何一个普通人,看到这些元素后,或多或少会产生冲动,希望自己也成为一个成功人士。
      节目中,我个人最喜欢的环节是任务完成后,在办公室里发生的“撕逼”大战,将决定谁能够继续留下,而谁又会离开。在这个环节里,参赛选手为了捍卫自己生存的权利,必须拿出最坚实有力的言论,维护自己并有效的打击对手,矛盾与冲突得以放大,人性中的某些特性也被展现出来。为了达到以上的效果,面对有时大家互相包庇,和稀泥的场景,又或是多个火药桶一触即爆的情境,会谈氛围和节奏的控制是一件非常重要的事情。大boos特朗普在这一点上,做的相当漂亮,他把会谈的场面牢牢掌控在自己的手中,就好像有个编排好的剧本在他的脑子里似的。这真是一个可怕的人,能够拥有这么多的财产也一点也不奇怪了。
       参加的竞争性者们,被分成两队,去完成指定的相同任务,通过成绩的好坏来决定输赢,这是另一个有趣的看点。面对的相同的任务,参赛的两队会有各自的应对方式。在前三期man VS woman 的竞争中,虽然女性团队中问题不断,最后获胜的都是她们。这些聪明的女人,非常善于利用自己性别的优势,第一集咖啡生意中,以色相作为销售卖点,在这二集里把性感当作广告创意的核心,第三集中又是用性别优势取得低价的商品。不过在第四集娱乐场所的经营任务中,女性团队除了继续发挥自身优势的同时,更重要的是,抓住了任务的核心部分,将大部分精力放在了具有高额利润的酒水销售方面。在改为混合队伍后,胜利的影响因素就多了,谈判能力、销售能力、判断能力。创造性思维等,都是不可缺少的,当然,有时也需要运气的成分。
       
      16位参赛选手,经过种种考验,最后只剩一下一位学徒。 看了最初的几集,我预计tray会是最后的赢家。tray如他自己所说,是一个天生的领导。他具有极大热情,善于与人相处,勇于承担责任,最大的亮点在于,他是一位十分具有创造性思维的人。但也恰恰是这一点,会让人担心,对于掌管巨额商业活动的工作,他是否可以胜任。kwame 冒充篮球明星签名这种把戏,简直就是胡闹,也是他被淘汰的直接因素。
      
    bill最后获得了胜利,在履行完一年的合约后,又续签了一年。随后主持过几档电视节目,出过三本书。算的上是相当成功的人士了,不过似乎未成为一位商业领袖。

两天重刷了Apprentice S1 (2004),评价从这里看出的美国总统Trump: 1. He seems to me a guy patronizing a lot,我觉得他的理想是当一个励精图治的国王,他做事会以mark things with personal flavor而非以监治统一的民主国家为出发点。2. 在这里他看人是非常准的,but the choice of whom to fire is not difficult actually。He plays number games all the time: both in money and in probability. (崇尚简单化、数字和概率)但我觉得他更像个人主义者,而非自由主义者。3. 他有一个奇怪的社会达尔文主义变种的理论 (i.e. genetic pool),I seriously wonder what will become of it。4. 觉得他的leadership缺少flexibility,and I wonder what will become of it as he is the biggest boss now in the country。

如果我是领导人,买柠檬水
我觉得第一直觉,在这个任务布置之初,大家的反应就可以知道,按套路出牌男士必跪。
当然我也暂停了试图思考,but,just no way。Sam做到了,虽然没有成功,但是他尝试了。如果我是领导人,我在他失败时候,不应该选择安慰,应该是鼓励,并且让所有队员加入到这个队伍中来。不过Sam的缺点在于有了方向却没有很好的方法,1000美元应该卖一个概念,而不是卖一个空头支票;Sam 的第二个缺点也十分明显,这人喜欢挑刺找茬,没法融入团队。如果我是男领导人,Sam将会是我走向成功的一大利器,我会努力的把握这个武器,领导人没有的,应该让属下来补!
1.领导人不应该制肘属下的发展
2.领导人应该有危机意识,并危急时刻应该做出正确判断
而那个男领导人没有做到这两点
不过我也有做不到的:
3.冷静分析,找出队伍里的失败并且去批评。我不知道如何处理好这个问题,我一般会选择给人留面子,不当面说,这当然不是一个领导人所应该的。
这个比赛过程中我觉得女的才输了,女士们在玩各种排挤的小心思。这是一个团队最讨厌的事。
搞分裂的时候有一个矛盾
分裂导致了团队不团结,这是不对的
女领导没有领导力,跟着没肉吃,这也是不对的。
在这个问题上,我的处理方法会倾向于前者
4.当然在这里我发现Sam说的一点很对就是,一个企业家会迫不及待的想把自己的idea投入到现实生活之中,而我显然没有做到这一点。我野心太小,略显懦弱。
5.普通精英亦常人,非常精英非常人
E03 我只想说,Sam,既不适合当leader,也不容易被掌控。这些都不重要,不过我发现精英阶层的人士都很自负,这也许会是他们的致命缺点。
希望这不会是我的致命缺点。
最后,我认为他们都太怯懦了,不敢承认自己的错误,这不是一个企业家该有的品质。大家都会犯错,犯错就要被expel,这是不对的,不敢承认错误甚至推卸责任的expel这才是王道。
顺便说,我一点也不欣赏女生组。

E1: "Location, location, location."
-Location is important, but the people behind the deal are much more important than location. I would much rather have a real smart talent guy doing a deal at a not so good location than an idiot doing the deal at a great location, because it will make money every time.
E2: "Don't negotiate with underlings."
 -Making deals could be tough. I've learned at young age that you have to do with the boss. It's simple, deal with the boss whatever possible.
E3: "The Art of the Deal "
-Negotiation is a very very delicate art. Sometimes you have to be tough. Sometimes you have to be a sweet pie. You never know, it depends who you dealing. I always say that negotiation is not really learned. A negotiator is born.

    卖汽水。成功说服商家分文不收地借东西给我们。“如果我们能吸引更多的人到这里来,可不可以借…”女子组开始时混乱争吵无组织,但win,因为价钱是5倍(漂亮女生);男子组快速选择优势地段。Location,潜在客户多的地方。“我们应该知道客户的需要。”“不,你们要等客户鼓掌。”
    “当我想说什么的话,我会确认它是否能被接受:如果只是个想法,我自己都不确信,我想看看它是否能被接受,是否被接受我也不在乎;而如果我自己非常相信的话,我会努力争取,然后努力达成我的目的。”“我不会为了说话而说话。”“我们有了太多倾听的人,我们需要说话的人。”“我们需要行动,不只是听(学校中的东西)。”

        1. Selling lemonade
        * Location is of the most importance in selling. That means you have choose the right place with the most potential target customers.
        * Know the rules when you start a game.
        * You are a team. You must get to know and communicate with your teammates so that you can achieve trust and work well with them.
        * Speak little and listen more, be dilligent, keep in low frofile, and be a team player, if you haven't got trust form others.
        * As a leader, one of the most important thing is motivate your staffs, especially when the team are felling down.
     2. make advertisement for a card
        * Deal with the boss whenever possible.
        * Leades shoud take responsibile for tis mistakes bravely. He should maximize their strengths and enthusiasm, rather than leave him alone.
        * Marketing is about knowing the needs of the costumers, the target market of the product.
      3. negotiating
        * Negotiating is not about bargaining. It can be a win-win deal when you well prepared for it and stand in other's shoes. Before negotiating, you should find out how much the product should be. When negotiating, you should take account of the other's interests, make closer . Always, your interests are not conflicted.
        * In order to earn trust, you must do something for the team, sometime you need to sacrifice.
        * defend for youself, but not blame others.

        * What impressed me much is that Bill motivated the restaurant staff, and promised rewards.
        * find the most inportant thing——wine——club, and pay more attention to it.
        * Is it correct that you can cheat, you can give up your dignity in order to win? Anytime, be a man of integrity.
        * You must stick to the decision made by the leader or group even you have different opinion of it.

        * You must stand up for yourself, when it's not your fault. Because others will not speak for you.
        * Financial management is very important. Keep your eyes on your money.
        * The key point to make money is to creat additional value.
      6. raising money
        * Don't be weak when bullied by somebody.You must argue strongly on just grounds不要软弱,要学会据理力争。
        * Know what you are up against.知己知彼是谈判的首要原则。
