　　我想把孩子教育好，也想把父母照顾好，还想把婚姻经营好，我更想挣更多的钱，我想什么都顾好，我却什么都没顾到。

　　三十岁的人了，以前发个脾气，牛都拉不回来，如今生个气，转眼就觉得没必要了，你要是不懂我，那错的全是我。

　　人到一定岁数自己就是自己的屋檐，再也无法另找地方躲雨了，我把所有该照顾的都照顾好了，却唯独忘了照顾好自己。

　　总有一天，你会明白，能够治愈你的，从来都不是时间，而是你心里的那股释怀和格局。只要内心不慌乱，连世界都难影响你。一辈子很短，要好好爱自已，你的优秀要遇到识货的人，你的真诚要遇到珍惜你的人，你的善良要遇到感恩的人。谋生的路上不抛弃良知，谋爱的路不放弃尊严。

　　要习惯伊何人的忽冷忽热，也要习惯任何人的渐行渐远，我现在已经没有精力去讨好谁了，谁对我好，我就对谁好。稍微让我累的关系，我都不再去维持。一是没时间，二是没必要。

　　时间，让我们学会了独自承受，慢慢让我们得笑而不语，痛而不言。

　　于是我懂了。生活是灯，工作是油，想要灯亮，必须加油。
